About

Built by a writer who needed this and couldn't find it.

My first book took three years longer than it should have. The writing itself was hard, and on top of that I had no plan, no structure, and no clear idea of what 'finished' actually looked like. A lot of that time was spent tangled up in self-doubt rather than making progress. I built Authaurus to help other writers get their book finished by staying focused on what needs to be done and when. My manuscript is complete and is now being prepared for professional editing, so I'm not published yet. For those interested, I'll share how it goes.
