Founded in 1998 by Helen Corner-Bryant, Cornerstones is one of the UK’s leading literary consultancies with a track record of helping writers secure deals with major publishers including HarperCollins, Penguin Random House, and Bloomsbury. Their developmental editing service includes an 8 to 10 page critique report followed by a 60-minute editorial call. Editors are drawn from senior publishing houses and include agented and published authors. An initial complimentary review of the first chapter and synopsis is offered before commitment.
